VALAIS

Valais (or Wallis) is the district surrounded by mountains like Matterhorn, Allalinhorn and Mont-Blanc with famous resorts like Saas-Fee, Crans Montana, Saas-Almagell and Zermatt.
Valais has other strings to its bow: the area enjoys more hours of sunshine than any other place around; there are many picturesque villages to discover, not forgetting Aletsch, the largest glacier in Switzerland.
