Esterel is a 32000ha volcanic massif, 13000 of which are part of a protected area. It is located between the Mediterranean and Provence.
The first eruptions took place 300 millions years back and shaped through the years the present outline of the coast with indented landscapes and steep creeks of red earth. The terrain is ideal for ramblers and mountain bikes.
