La Mongie is easily accessible from Tarbes train station (50km) by coach.

Located at the foot of "Pic du Midi", Bareges and La Mongie (otherwise known as the two resorts of the Tourmalet pass) have a skiing domain offering 100km of ski runs and 47 ski lifts. The Bareges offers the charm of a traditional Pyreene village, whilst La Mongie sits at the foot of the slopes.
The domain has 23 green runs, 19 blue runs, 21 red runs and 6 black runs plus a snowpark.
Prices for 6 day lift passes (winter 07/08 prices): 150 euros/adult, 135/adolescent (ages 12-25 years inclusive), 120 euros/children (ages 6-11 years inclusive), free for children under 6 years.
